How do I complete a return or exchange? Follow

1. Please review our return policy and ensure your packaging meets our return requirements.
   
2. Initiate a return or exchange here. Our return center makes the process super easy.
   
3. If you are based in the US: Once you complete the return center process you will receive instructions with our return address via email. You'll receive a USPS shipping label. You'll simply need to print this off & drop your package off at a USPS store or drop-off location.
   
   If you are based outside of the U.S. You will need to purchase your own return shipping label and send the package out manually. Please ship your extensions back to:

4. Ship your extensions back to us. 
   
5. Once we receive your order, we'll ship your new Bebonia’s out or issue your refund.

Please note we offer complimentary return shipping for any U.S. exchanges. For returns, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund, if you are based internationally and pay for shipping independently, you will receive a full refund without a shipping deduction.
