Initiate a return or exchange here. Our return center makes the process super easy.
 

If you are based in the US: Once you complete the return center process you will receive instructions with our return address via email. You'll receive a UPS shipping label. You'll simply need to print this off & drop your package off at a UPS store or drop-off location.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All international returns must be initiated through our returns portal before sending your item back: https://returns.bebonia.com/#/

Returns sent without being submitted through our portal may be delayed or may not be identifiable upon arrival.

How to return your international order:

Visit our returns portal and submit your return request.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and our return address.

Print your packing slip and include it inside your package.

Clearly write your Return ID (provided in the portal) on the outside of your package.

Purchase your own return shipping label through your local post office or courier.

Ship your return using a tracked service and keep your receipt until your return is processed.

Important information:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as any customs fees or import duties.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Returns must be shipped within the timeframe provided in the return portal.

Please allow time for your return to arrive and be processed once delivered. Refunds or store credits will be issued after your return has been received and approved.

Please note we offer complimentary return shipping for any U.S. exchanges. For returns, the cost of return shipping and route package insurance is deducted from your refund. If you are based internationally and pay for shipping independently, you will receive a full refund without a shipping deduction.
